Crying or Very sadi seem to have the least abdominal swelling one day prior to menses through menses. i fluctuate from size 7 then size 12.I am40 years old with 5 births in 18 years.I had cryo in 1994 after my second child on my cevix.paps since have been normal.please help as the bloating prevents me from normal activities ie; bending,breathing,fatigue
