extremely itchy testicals...

Hey guys, my testicals are just...extremely itchy lol. It's mostly on like the sides and back of my sack. They itch so bad to where they're red. It's the worst when I sit or stand still (so im moving around constantly), and it esspecially sucks on long cramped car rides....what can I do????

I have the same problem... tried all sorts of meds fro my doctor... i am still suffering.
