extremely painful penis and scrotum problems

Hi I am 31 years old now. Ever since I was fifteen though I have had horrible skin problems. It started on the inside of my urethra and then spread on to glands of penis head and to scrotum and anus. Very red and very sore.Since going to doctors I have found out that I have the hpv virus but do not know which type. The red/irrated skin is not from the hpv virus, at least that's what all the doctors I've went to have told me. I fear that I may have penile cancer but every doctor I have went to gives me the run around. I also have a clear discharge and ever since this first started when I was fifteen my penis head is no longer smoothe and purple colored, It is red and very rough and sore. I am tired of living this way I need help. Any advice will be appreciated[/b]

I have the same exact problems/symptoms. I've been to countless urologists and dermatologists, and have received no help or relief. Have you had any success in finding help?
