Hi, I am feeling extremely down this morning. I am very affected by not taking my therapy anymore. Is it normal reaction?

Hi, certainly it can be normal reaction to feel like that if you stop suddenly with some psycho active drug. Perhaps, it would be better for you to take less and less quantities. But, fresh air and sunshine can lessen effect of any bad mood. You must keep up for a few days, and very soon you will forget that you have ever been taking it. There are also techniques for overcoming difficult situations and learning to do more about personal development. You can stimulate your good mood and activities that preocupy you, and make you forget about cravings.
