Could be this mild pain, like something is in my eye be the sign of eye infection. My girlfriend said that I probably infected my eye because I am it often with dirty hands. Is she right about it? Should I see a doctor about it? I am 18 years old guy.

Well, "guy" she has right, you probably infected your eyes. Common symptoms of eye infection are: pain the eye, feeling that something is in the eye, yellow, green, bloody, or watery discharge from the eye, fever, blurred vision etc. Maybe you just scratched, but any signs of infection along with a change in your vision or other symptoms need to be evaluated by a health professional.
