After having bellspalsey which effected my left eye .After about a month the eye got better but in the last several months it has started to twitch alot.Is this serious?

I had bellspalsey many years ago. It lasted about a year before I got most of my movement back. It was also my left sidet that was effected. My left eye started twitching alot and I would get really bad headaches. Come to find out my pupil wasnt' dilating the way it should have been and I wasn't producing anything from my tear ducts. I had to put drops in and put a patch over my eye whenever I would read, be in front of the computer or around "flickering" lights. I don't know if this will help you but after doing this for a couple of months, my eye seemed to get much better.
