facial swelling, pressure around facial....

Hi, I've been excessively drinking alcohol lately for about a month or two due to my work environment. I've noticed that the day after i drink, there's pressure if i press against my facial area, especially behind my ears. In addition, I believe there's swelling on my face without any indication of redness since my jawline appears to be noticably wider, which typically narrows back to normal size after a few days. Is there anyway i can relieve or avoid the pain and reduce or avoid the swelling?
