false positive?

I was just wonder if its possible to have a false positive on a home pregancy test. And if it is possible how common is it?

Just I took 2 (first response) two days ago and they were both positive. And not a faded positive. I mean both lines were perfectly there.I am going to see the doctor on monday to confirm. But something inside of me is scared that the doctor is going to say Im not pregant. I guess the reason I am really worried is that I had a loss at 9 weeks back in Sept, and I dont want to get my hopes up.

You're much more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. Chances are very good that you are, indeed, pregnant.
