false pregnancies....is this possible or is it just me

ok me and my fiance have been tryin to get pregnant for 2 years now ...and i always have symptoms or what i think are pregnancies symptoms ... well i was talking to my mom and she told me that sometimes a girl that wants a baby very badly and convince herself that she is in fact pregnant when she really isnt ....is this true or even possible . ive had all the the symptoms and issues or throwing up and peeing alot ad cramps and dizziness and everything and ive taken three tests and they all came back negative ....can someone please help me or tell where i should go from here .....i have no insurance or money to go to the doctor ...so can someone please help me

...ps. i also had a two periods but it was spotty with discharge...i dont know what to do ....could i be pregnant ?

I know that women can sometimes have signs of pregnancy even though they aren't pregnant and I've read that it can be because you really, really want to be pregnant.

Home tests are not always accurate. You might have missed a step, or the test itself could be defective. Do you have a public health office nearby? They will help you at no charge if you can't pay or a very low fee if you are able to pay a little.
It's very important to find out either way. You need to take care of yourself physically and mentally.
