fast fat reduction products

Has any of you guys tried fast fat reduction products? I ran into it online and would like to hear some reviews. Any info is appreciated-good and bad. Thanks in advance

I don’t have any info regarding this diet but they are all same to me. Promising the impossible. If you want a really good advice maybe you should read my post through. You don’t need to go on a restrictive diet to make some positive changes, There are little thing you could change in your every day’s eating routine and soon after you should see the results. Instead of having three large meals, you should make 5 small meals and avoid snacks. Snacks could kill you (regarding weight). Chew your food until you have cut it all the way. Avoid junk food but indulge yourself once in a while. Forget about sweets but also, have a treat once in two-three weeks. By the way, don’t eat the whole cake. And, dietary changes won’t mean a thing if you don’t do anything to burn them. Walk, jog, workout or go in for aerobics.
