fatigue after studying few hours

i feel fatigue after studying for a few hours,....
due to this,
i feel myself that i have a low capacity to work and a little depression

after i studying 2-3 hours with interval rest during studying......i have to take rest to recorver to normal 3-4hour long.

if i will not stop my studying ,it cause more fatigue ..
i understand the term fatigue for me= can't thought,low memory,can't concerntration,........and i also know myself that i am now in what condition
i.e i can feel it happening in my brain.


please give me some idea how to do ?
i can't satisfied myself with this low working capacity ..because this cause to miss my lessions..
