fed up with this feeling

Hi, I am 34 years old and I under stress for several weeks already. I felt pain in my abdomen for a while and when I have visited my doctor he decided to make several exams. I was very scared while I was waiting for results and since then I feel tension. My results were fine but I still feel tension and cant resist to this feeling.

Hi, it is obvious that stress caused anxiety in your case and you will have to find way how to cope with it. I would suggest you to talk to your doctor and discuss the best way how to overcome this situation. The most important thing is that is everything fine with you and you dont have reason to worry.
