I have a problem. Last few months I feel anxious. Often I have problems with pounding of my heart, shallow breathing, insomnia, feeling like losing control etc. It is not pleasant feeling and I want it to go away. It affects my personal life and my family. Is there something I can do to improve my condition?

It is more common problem than you think. Modern way of life requires a lot of stress and it can produce problem with anxiety. Problem is in deficiency of vitamin B. Lack of that vitamin could produce anxiety effects. To increase intake of vitamin B you should eat products like: liver, whole grains, leafy green vegetables, rice, nuts and eggs.
