Hi, I have one problem. Lately, I fell dizzy sometimes. Also I tend to sweat more then usually and it cams in waves. It is happening especially when I am on the sun, or when I have some presser upon me. Could it be from anxiety? Or it is something else?
Well, to be sure you have to be examined. If it lasts more then a week it can be serious and it demands medical attention. If the sun is bothering you then you should were some kind of a cap. Also try to avoid open fields where there is no shadows or covers from the sun. The anxiety is possible answer. It can provoke both symptoms, especially sweating. You can do something to relax yourself like walking, exercising, or by meditation, yoga etc.
