feeling of coating in mouth & on tongue..some burning on tip

I have a feeling of a "coating" in my mouth plus some burning on my tongue when I eat foods or drink liquids that I normally use. i.e., mustard is almost impossible now. Many other foods I have consumed for years now are not pleasant to me because of this.

I have that same feeling only i have red bumps on my tounge.I went to several Doctors and they say its nothing,I would belive them but my kids developed them too.They also say they hurt.it kinda feels like hot sauce but with out the hot sauce.Does anybody have any idea what it could be?

I had that problem too...I found out that I needed to take vitamin B. Within a few days it went away.
