feeling pms sfter 2 days of positive resukt of pregnancy

My wife is having pms after 2 days of the result of her pregnancy is positive. We went through 1 IVF and 1 IUI , which was done in the beginning of october. She is 39. what should we expect.

Hi and CONGRATS!! Is this your wife's first pregnancy? Some symptoms she may expect (but all pregnancies are different) is that she may begin having some nausea, especially with certain smells or eating certain foods, alittle moodiness as her hormones are going to be changing (she may cry easily), she will also feel alittle "stretching" pain as her uterus grows with the baby. Some things she can do to take it easy and relax would be to listen to music or take a warm (not hot) bath. For the nausea she can sip on some Sprite or 7 Up, suck on mints or even eat some saltine crackers. If anything unusual comes up, PLEASE contact your doctor ASAP! PMS and early pregnancy symptoms are very very similar...Keep those positive thoughts coming, and we'll all hope for a viable pregnancy for you!
