Hi, I am a 28 year old female who usually has to watch out the diet as I can easily become constipated and bloated. For the past few weeks I had lower abdominal pains on both sides, and lack of digestive enzymes, I suppose. In these situations I usually eat nothing or just drink a lot of tea to get some improvement. I prepare mint tea, or herbal mixture for gases in bowels and improvement of digestion. Maybe you should do cleansing of colon, and some special diet for getting your bowels free of toxins.
