I feel a wormy thing walking around my vigina and it is very itchy.

This is caused by heavie sex play stop having sex for a week and keep it very clean with bathes then showers reaglry .

you probably have worms.
pinworm probably, you can get over the counter meds to get rid of them.
they appear at night, keep an eye out.
