I need help. I am34 years old and 5w5d pregnant with my first child. Today while getting the mail, I twisted my ankle and fell in the road on my side. I have had slight cramping before , but no bleeding. I now have bleeding when I wipe and sharp infrequent cramps. I have been trying to get pregnant for a year and I am scared I'm going to lose my baby. I will call the Dr. tomarrow, but I need help slepping tonight.
