first blood test positive and the second negative

hey, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost two months now. Last month, December, I went to the doc's office and had a urine and a blood test done. They both came back positive. Two days later I started to bleed like I was starting..which I should not cause I was told I was pregnant. I went to the ER and they did a blood test and pap. They said I was not pregnant and it was my normal cycle since it would have been only a week past my normal cycle. Then one and half weeks after my "cycle" I begin to spot and occasionaly some minor bleeding. I am supposing this was not my period cause my periods are always regular unless it is off by a day or two but never this. Haven't had a visit with the OB/GYN yet cause they can not see me for another month. Need some advice.

Perhaps somehow the tests came up wrong with your doctor, maybe you got the wrogn results.

IF you were miscarrying, then a test would show up positive for 2 weeks after the event, bcause hormones take awhile to leave your system.
