This morning i woke up with the normal morning sickness symptoms, nauseau.. slight cramping.. and general unwellness. Then I had a sudden urge to go to the toilet.. it was a very painful experience, so much so that i was a little frightened and felt dizzy. I've read that constipation is a common thing and have suffered from irritable bowel syndrome for most of my life. It left me a little tender along with the rest of my morning sickenss meant i just couldn't face work. Any advise? Is this normal?
