Help ,all I ASK FOR IS HOW i can GET A FISH BONE OUT MY THOAT!!!!!!!

I ran into different stories when I was searching the way to get rid of my fish bone. My mother always thought me to eat fish with a lot of bread, so that when/if I swallow it, it may not get stuck anywhere.
However, I can’t taste fish very well with bread so I decided not to take my mother’s advice and swallowed one. I tried coughing and coughing as some people suggested but it didn’t come out on its own. I didn’t feel like making rice like some other people suggested but they say it is a good way to swallow rise.
Look at the mirror and look for the bone. If you see it, try to take it out with something. A friend of mine told me he went to bed and coughed it up the next morning. In the end I listened to my mom’s advice and had a lot of bread. I took only from the middle and I guess I swallowed it with it.
