I’m interested in reimbursement for non prescription medications. Who’s responsibility is that? Should I contact Flex spending otc? Please tell me is it possible to get refund for otcs.

I think that there are non prescriptions and otcs eligible for reimbursement. Flexible spending accounts and health plan accounts are responsible for that, I think. Drugs that are used for primary medical care are eligible for refund. If you have the letter from physician that explains specific medical condition which was being treated with otc, you can get refund.
