flushing, nausea, numbness

I have had these syptoms for 8 years. They come monthly, I am 62 and had a complete hysterectome. All cardio, nurelogical, gall bladder, cat scan, and mri. 48 hour brain monitering, and month heart monitor. I am healthy other than these spells with last for 3-5 days monthly and happen about 5 times a day. They are scary.
