there are many good foods that can help high blood pressure.
calcium : Broccoli, Bok choy, Milk, Amaranth, Salmon, Kale, Beans, dried, Cheese, fresh, Tofu, Soybeans, Yogurt
flaxseed oil : Oil, flaxseed
garlic
magnesium : Spinach, Avocados, Chocolate, Pumpkin seeds, Oysters, Sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, Amaranth, Buckwheat, Almonds, Quinoa, Barley
omega-3 fatty acids : Salmon, Trout, Tuna
