I‘ve jus come from my doctor. He said to me that probably I have too low blood pressure. I will need to do some more tests soon to be sure about that. If I really have this kind of problem I will need to take certain medications and to take more care what I eat. Tell me, please, something more about food that lowers blood pressure. Thanks!

Well, there are certain foods that lower blood pressure and are an integral part of any medical plan to control the blood pressure. In the first place are vegetables. The high fiber content of the vegetables helps in proper digestion and decrease of fat content from your body. Foods that lower blood pressure have to be low in sodium content. Some sea foods that have high amounts of salt should be avoided.
