hi i had colostomy done 12 months ago. it went inover and i have always got red and tenter on my stoma area. i use a 2 piece and belt
i am tryiny to loose weight but find i cannot digest veg. and salad
and if i eat brown bread i have direoho.
how can i loose weight plese i am 5foot 4inches i weigh 25 stone i do not excerzize as i am in wheelchair as i can only walk 10 steps
please can you help with idea of diet sheelagh
