had normal sex with gf of long time. I felt that my penis was really hot and even though sex was very nice and naturally lubricated i still felt it chaffing on my pen15. after it became very inflamed and puffy, but doesnt hurt and hasnt gone down for about an hour now. Is this a sign of an std or should i just be more delicate?

It could be an STD but more than likely it is a yeast infection--it causes the pH level to change and causes the irritation & swelling. She needs to see a dr b/c it is not the usual cottage cheese kind and it takes a different type of medication to cure, but it's not serious.
