I am 28 now...when I was 19...when I was masturbating one day, the foreskin got cut and blood came out...!

That time, I had consulted the doctor without knowing anything about the problem... following, I had problem with ejaculation... but some days later,
I was able to masturbate...and doing regularly ... for ejaculation it is not like normal ppl... sometimes it needs some manual push...

now i wonder, this would be the problem, when i try with a woman..? is there any treatment available for this..?
