I am having this problem(appers to be smegma) with my foreskin on pnis for the last year or so it comes and go .i am sure it is not related to having sex as i have one regular partner, but even i did not have sex for weeks even then it comes back especialy after shower or with slight erraction. i am a heart patient and a diabatic type 2 and on medication such remipril atenol atrovastatin,metformin glimipride ,amolpidine etc. have used cream given by doctor hydrocolgozne 1% (spelling correct?).Symtons: skin on forskin at the end gets white like fungal infection also gets brusied when pulled it hurts. please advise.
