Hi im 17 and i havent known about pulling the foreskin back until recently and when i do its so tight it looks like my foreskin is almost choking the region right between my head and shaft. It looks so much thinner then the rest of my penis like its being squeezed inward,

does anyone know how to fix this? thanks
