foreskin pushed back then problem

iam 25 years and when iam 19 i got infection in my penis i.e when i pushed my foreskin back i got pain and the next day i got septic(infection) a white like stuff and it remained for 2 days and went of since that i can fell nerves weakness in my thighs and sometimes in shoulders (involuntary movements)
and my penis became weak .e(my balls bacame loose) they will be tight only in the morning and i masturbate with in seconds.
so please suggest some remedies to stop involuntary movements and infection .
