Well im 14 and i just started pulling it back .. my foreskin was always so tight but its okay now and im experiencing the same problem but i had it all over my bell.. i just ripped it off with not much pressure and now i can pull it all the way over the bell..  its a little hurtfull but its well worth it I have only one connection left .. im working on this (Y) --
But I have another question .. im wondering, im 14 and my penis is still so childish .. i just started getting hairs and i get spirms but my penis doesnt get big or thick ... is that normal, some of my friend who i think that are less mature than me have all got matured penisees:D help plz |

| look guys iv had the operation done to fix mine. i had the exact same problem but now its fine and it heals in about 3 days so its worth geting it done properly |

I'll tell you how it is without using complicated words, i've been searching about this every night for the past week as i'm 15 and have the same problem slightly.
first of all let me say, some of you are worried about a piece of skin on the bottom side of the head on you penis that connects the foreskin to the head. that is meant to be there! i was worried about it at first but i've done alot of reasearch
putting it as simple as possible, the ring at the end of the foreskin is tight and doesn't strech over the whole head, unlike people say, there are simple ways to fix this. take a hot bath every night and start to pull your foreskin back streching it until it starts to hurt (get it to the point were you can feel that it's lightly being pulled back) don't put you self in a whole lot of pain.
i was a bit confused about one thing you said so i'll just clear it up anyway, when your a baby your foreskin is attached to your penis to stop infection from urine etc.. (think of it as being glued on at the head) I've heard stories that sometimes it doesn't unatatch with some people, if that's the case and you can see that your foreskin is attached basiclly all over your head i reccomend seing your Docter.
I've been trying the streching techniqe for a week now and i am already seing good improvments

| Hi guys I'm 13 and I have this same problem, and the head of my penis hurts when stuff touches it... I don't know why but it feels like it's raw skin or something. Anyways I have the problem with the foreskin and its all around my penis... I can only pull it back about a centimeter, and then it stretches. I'm really worried about it, even though you guys have it, because I had this little lump that hurt really bad under my foreskin in the front, and one day it started leaking yellowish-whitish fluid, and finally it popped and pushed through one part and made that part bleed... I really want to be able to fully retract my penis, so what should I do? Get circumsized or get that skin removed or what? |

| I forgot to mention, I can sort of like feel penis underneath my testicles, sort of like it's attatched but stuck because the foreskin is keeping it from going out. Is that what it is or is that normal? It's sort of been worrying me for a while... |

Hi.. im 14 years old nearly 15 i think i hav the same problem as everyone here.. I thought my penis was just normal but i realised that it wasnt.
I as well can't pull my foreskin bak.. i can't get it far back at all.. i only just started trying to .. it doesn't hurt wen i attempt to pull bak but its like it won't go any furtherer and when its at this point i cant even see the bell of my penis .. Either my foreskin is reallly tight or i have some otha problem.
Could someone please explain to me what is rong? .. Is is the same case as everyone else here, should i just stretch it and will it eventually fully pull bak? |

Listen up dudes, I have read the same question posted here a thousand times and only a couple of times has anyone got it right.
The foreskin is attached almost identical to the head of the penis as a fingernail is to a finger; Now imagine pulling a fingernail off. The only difference is that a foreskin will retract but not easily at first, whereas a fingernail will not. It takes time and I don't mean 24 hours, once the foreskin is able to retract a little, then it is a matter of a month or so and then it will retract fully. Dont force the issue. |
