When i pull back by fore skin it goes back smoothly but then it gets real tight in one area and wont go down any further. I also have litte white bump around the head of my penis, i remember one time i was having sex before my foreskin was able to retract and it got pulled back and started to bleed could this be the reason for the little bumps and the tightness around one are of my penis by teh foreskin.
