| hi inoticed a white substance i believe to be smegma and since i cant retract the foreskin all the way i make due washing ,but the last few days the itchy redness around the head is annoying but not a problem until now, it is almost ripped,,it has the line where it is ripping all the way around almost parallel with the corona,, and it burns like heill during urination and shaking off, also i have been useing a cream 0.05% steroid cream to try to stretch the skin,,, but it stins like hell any suggestions?..thank you for all responses |

Hi  I am sorry to hear about your stinging discomfort! There could be several possibilities here, but the obvious one to me is a possible STD or possible infection. Are you sexually active? More than anything you NEED to see your doctor and get possibly antibiotics for this. I would suggest NO SEX until this corrects itself. If it is an STD you would/could pass this on to your partner.
