I skipped my period last month completely and about one week ago I started spotting redish pink blood with a musty foul odor and a bloated feeling but no pain then four days later I started my normal period on the regular day I usually do. I have no more foul smell other than the usual odor of my period and the bloating is gone. What was this? Should I be concerned?
