Just a friendly advice  I found this bump growing out of my vagina and got really scared. After seeing my doctor I was told it was a Bartholin cyst -a painfully swelling of a gland in the genital area of a women. This swelling could be caused by an infection, it may also be from irritation or plugging of the gland.cutting or draining the cyst helps clear the problem. however the cyst can get infected or swollen agagin at any time. It can also be fixed by minor surgery so this wont happen again.  well sadly to say this happen to me in june and just two days ago it happen again.Now being the person that I am i got scared ,I called my cousin who happen to be a gyn (HE) feeling a bit  that i had to explain this to my guy cousin he ensure me that its nothing im doing wrong . he said its like getting a pimple( a really large one ) it comes and go, he told me to keep putting a very hot rag on it and eventually it would pop ,which it did. it was really like a pimple. Puss and blood then relieve aahhhhh. it wasn't a good feeling having it there(could sit right , it felt like had a tampon on the wrong way ) but as soon as i pop i felt comfort, so now ive learn that it could come back I think I'll take that offer up on that minor surgey  |
