found out im pregnant 3 weeks after depo shot

I had the depo shot on April 14th and on May 8th I found out that I am pregnant. The urine test they did at the dr. before they gave me the shot was negative but i guess i wasnt far along enough for it to show up. I am so scared that if i continue with the pregnancy that something will be wrong with my baby.My boyfriend doesnt want me to have the baby becuause he is also afraid that something bad will be wrong with it. I am so confused and dont know what to do. Has anyone ever gotten pregnant while on the shot or know the risks of getting pregnant while on it..
