When is it safe to begin exercising again after you have suffered from a fractured rib? I have always walked and lifted light weights almost daily and have not been able to get back into my routine because of this injury. I've tried walking and started lifting a little, but I'm afraid I may have aggrevated the injury. Is it best to do nothing, or do as much as you can without increased pain. It's been a month since I fell.
