frenulum tear

I had sex with my girl friend and we were fooling around… I pushed my penis in her rather hard and she wasn’t wet yet…then I felt a tear. It turned out I torn my frenulum. It is little sore now and penis is little black and blue. I keep it clean, is there anything else I should do?

If you have torn the frenulum completely, there is nothing else to do but keep the area clean and it should heal itself. It is very unlikely that you will have any other problems.

I've had a similar problem after sex with a partner, felt a sharp pain and now it stings like mad when i urinate. Is there anything that can be done to make it heal quicker? Im getting very worried that it may be something more than a rip and that it may be an infection? Help plzz
