i am having severe pains in upper abdomen since 6 months.gastro doc suggested a endoscopy.the problem was gastritis.was treated by pantodac(40 mg) for about 4-5 weeks....gradually antacid stooped affecting.so switched to homeopathic treatment.but keep geeting pains,nausea burning nd bloating once in 2-3 days.please help.
