frequent bowel movement at 24 weeks pregnancy

I don't know if anyone else has gone thru this,but I have become very "regular" ever since I got pregnant and lately,I have this sudden urge to empty myself the minute I wake up,It's usually preceeded by mild cramping and this is atleast 4 times a day.Is it normal or do I have anything to worry about??

ME too! I just choked it up to slightly better eating habits (not so much fast food) and the elimination of diet soda/asparteme from my diet. (i was completely hooked on sweeteners b4.)
If you are worried, bring it up at the next appt.
