I'm 39 years old and female, I have a problem with frequent bowelmovements and the constient feeling of needing to have a bowelmovement. Also I have on again off again dizzyness and occasional nausea. Sometimes heart flutters also. This has happened during PMS in the past but now it happens at other times also
