frequent stools that do not stop

For about a year now I have had soft stools which increased from every other day to every day. It also seems to take me forever to wipe my bottom afterwards and find myself having to return to the bathroom many times afterwards just to rewipe. Also, if I do not wipe thoroughly I start to have some anal bleeding. It seems like my bowels do not stop pushing. I took a home colorectal test and it was negative. I do not believe it is hemroids either. No polyps are present from a colonoscopy and my diet did not change. I do not want to be a lab rat at doctors offices forever and was wondering what else I should be looking for?
