frequent urination

I have had wierd feeling in my vagina. It's not irritated, it's not red, but it's just feels uncomfortable at the opening and I have the urge to go pee all the time. IT doesn't burn when i go bathroom. Again, it's just this wierd uncomfortable feeling. I don't know even how to describe it.
I had very bad pain in my lower back on both sides 3 days ago. I had to take some meds to help it go away. I thought it was my kidneys. I was better the next day and yesterday it was like nothing had happened. I woke up today and I have to go bathroom all the time or at least I feel like I have to and that wierd sensation. Back doesn't hurt at all.
Is it UTI?
