In am totally fascinated with FTM’s. They have to go through so many surgeries. I know about genital reconstruction, but else they have to operate? There is a guy that I know, well he was girl before and I wanted to ask “him”, but he doesn’t want to talk about it. He looks ok, but his voice sounds like female voice.

As far as I know most of them have to have at least one surgery if not several. I read somewhere that there are three main groups: chest reconstruction, hysterectomy and oophorectomy, in which the uterus and ovaries are removed and genital reconstruction, which you mentioned. I don’t know what to think about FTM’s. I think that is against the nature, but this is a “free” world, they can do what they want.

No need for the quotes around the word him. It's offensive.

Most FTMs who inject Testosterone are, within several years, indistinguishable from other guys when clothed and generally have male sounding voices.

The genital surgeries are further grouped into two groups, the one that primarily use the existing erectile organ (usually about 2-8cm after being on T), and the ones that use grafts to construct a larger organ. Most FTMs dont get genital surgery as the organ they have is very much like a baby penis once they have been on T for years. Those who do get genital surgeries usually opt for the first kind usually called a meta. He can get the meta with or without removal of vagina, with or without urethral routing, and with or without testicle implants. However if the vagina is going to be closed, he has to get a full hysto/oopho first.
