Hello. I'm 28 year old male and I would like to find out more about the possible causes of my health problems.
This is how it was all happened. You see, I was at work eating my lunch when I suddenly became incredibly dizzy and almost passed out in my lunch. I felt very strong pain in my jaw and the pain projected in my head. This all happened about a month ago and, because it hasn’t happen again, I totally forgot about it. But yesterday I felt almost the exact symptoms but just worse. Beside the jaw pain I started to suffer from fullness in head and swollen glands. This got me very worried because I don’t know what could be the cause. So, please, if someone knows maybe more about possible cause- fell free to write about this. Thanks!

Hello. I have just read your post and I can tell you only that it could be very difficult to say anything about this before a proper medical exam.
Looking at your symptoms I have came to the conclusion that it could be from some ear infection because they can often cause pain in jaw and fullness in head. But this hasn’t been the right cause.
You may require a MRI of the brain to look for structural changes or other etiologies to explain your symptoms.
Your main symptom is dizziness or vertigo, and this may require an evaluation by an ear-nose-throat doctor or a neurologist.
But, anyway, contact your doctor immediately because there are also some other things that could cause your these symptoms such as Epstein-Barr virus infection and others...
