I wake up in the middle of the night with severe pain that feels like a heart attack and it feels like it goes all the way through my body and my back hurts badly as well. There is no way to lay or sit it get comfortable or to make the pain stop. My stomach feels bloated and i fell like I am going to explode. Could this be gallbladder problems? I had no Pain in myleft arm or anything like that but I thought I was going to die.
