gallbladder sugery can't get rid of diarrhea.

Everything I eat gives me diarrhea. what can I do about this without takeing anti-diarrheal medicine all the time.PLEASE HELP!

I had my gallbladder removed in10/07 and have the same problem...now I'll having liver pain too.

I have had the same problem for over 5 years since my gallbladder removal. There is a medication called cholestyramine that solved the problem for me. You have to mix it with water and drink it every night. I stopped taking it a year ago and I am still waiting for my body to resolove this issue without medication. A low fat diet definately helps.
