I had gallbladder surgery about 2 weeks ago and above my bellybutton (where they made the largest incision), using laproscopy, it is very hard to the touch. is this normal?

My surgery was 3 months ago and within the last couple of weeks I have discovered that I feel like I have a know around my bellybutton for 2-3 hrs after I eat. I also am having stomach cramps and back cramps.
